Contacting Eastline

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use these to answer your enquiry and manage any project you request. The website does not collect enquiry form submissions or payment-card information. Clicking an email link opens your email application; you choose whether to send the message.

Service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Providers may process information and operational logs to deliver and secure their services, including on systems outside your region. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.

Site measurements

The website records aggregate page-load counts by page and day. This measurement does not use an analytics cookie or a visitor identifier and does not store your email or IP address in the page-count table. It measures page loads, not unique people. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs.

Use, retention and access

We use correspondence to respond to you, prepare requested estimates and deliver agreed work. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry information. We retain correspondence while needed for these purposes and any applicable recordkeeping obligations, and restrict account access to those who need it for the work.

Questions and deletion requests

Email hello@eastlinewebstudio.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for an active agreement or a legal obligation.

Design examples and external links

Design studies are independent, uncommissioned concepts, not completed client projects or endorsements. Their demonstration controls do not send an enquiry or place a booking. If you choose to open an external business website, that site’s own policies apply.
