A clear project agreement
Working together
An overview of how Eastline Web Studio works. Each engagement needs its own written scope and agreement; browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not purchase a project.
Scope and price
Each project needs a written scope naming the pages, features, approved content, total fee, timing, and exclusions. Starter is $750, Business is $1,250, and Premium begins at $2,000. Complexity may require a separate quote.
Payments
The default schedule is 50% before development and 50% before launch or transfer. A payment is recorded only after verification through the agreed payment provider. Deposits, cancellation, tax treatment, refunds, and dispute terms must be agreed in the signed scope.
Revisions
Two consolidated, reasonable revision rounds within the original scope are included. Additional pages, features, extensive rewrites, or a new design direction require an approved one-time quote.
Customer information and assets
The customer provides accurate business information and assets they have permission to use. Reviews, licensing, guarantees, certifications, and regulated claims require customer verification and approval.
Launch and ownership
Launch follows customer approval, QA, and final payment. Agreed deliverables are handed over with basic instructions. Domain and provider accounts should be customer-owned. Third-party assets and software retain their applicable license terms.
Ongoing costs
Domain renewal, hosting, email, booking platforms, and other third-party tools are paid separately by the customer. There is no required ongoing Eastline service subscription.
Results and support
No search ranking, lead volume, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Support, correction windows, liability terms, and cancellation arrangements must be specified before a project is signed.
